Job Summary:

We are seeking a
Senior Cost Control Engineer
specialized in
Facility Management (FM)
to join our construction team. The role involves preparing estimated budgets, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring effective cost control and reporting across FM projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor estimated budgets and cash flow for FM projects.
  • Control and track Purchase Orders, payment requests, and all project expenses.
  • Perform data and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Develop detailed cost reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
  • Coordinate with all departments to collect and verify cost-related data.
  • Maintain accurate resource tracking sheets.
  • Ensure clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in Cost Control (preferably in FM or Construction).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and budgeting skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and cost management tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
