Job Summary:

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and safety of the company's facilities. This role ensures that all systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and comply with safety and electrical standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in
electrical engineering
, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in facility and maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with
    electrical codes, safety regulations, and energy management standards.
  • Manage facility projects, including upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor and control facility budgets, resources, and maintenance costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance performance, energy usage, and facility conditions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
    or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum [insert years, e.g., 5–7 years] of experience in facility management, maintenance, or engineering supervision.
  • Solid understanding of
    electrical systems, codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency.
  • Proven experience in project planning, maintenance scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software is a plus.
