Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office spaces, ensuring safety and compliance, managing maintenance activities, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. Responsibilities also include budgeting, implementing policies, and improving operational efficiencies. The role requires attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Facility management experience including maintenance, safety, and compliance
  • Vendor management and coordination capabilities
  • Budgeting and financial oversight skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with facilities management software and tools
  • Experience in the coworking or office space industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
