About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Soft Service Manager, located in Egypt. The Facilities Soft Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the soft facilities management services, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff supervision, coordination of facility operations, budget management, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. The role requires hands-on involvement in managing teams, monitoring performance, and addressing operational challenges while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in managing operations within the facilities management industry.
