Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Management Manager based in Egypt. The Facility Management Manager will oversee daily operations related to building maintenance and facility management processes. Responsibilities include supervising teams, ensuring efficient operations of facilities, overseeing repair and maintenance tasks, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve facility performance and cost-efficiency. The manager will work to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills for effectively managing teams and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently
  • Experience 10+
  • Strong knowledge of Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance operations
  • Analytical skills for identifying issues and implementing solutions
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for facility-related activities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is an advantage
