Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Coordinator, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will oversee and ensure the quality of operational processes by implementing quality control measures and conducting thorough evaluations. Responsibilities include monitoring quality standards, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating with teams to maintain compliance with established quality benchmarks. The role also involves communicating insights and solutions effectively across departments.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and address areas for optimization
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and articulate findings clearly
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
