Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance (QA) Team Lead at our office in Qesm El Maadi. The QA Team Lead will oversee the quality assurance process, develop and execute test strategies, design and manage test cases, and ensure adherence to quality control standards. Responsibilities include regularly analyzing testing outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, including testing methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing Test Strategies and Test Cases
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience in Quality Control and maintaining compliance standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with QA tools and automation frameworks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
