**Job Vacancy: Key Account Manager - Security & Networking Solutions

Are you a proven Hunter with a strong background in security and networking systems? Do you have the drive and the network to consistently achieve a monthly sales target?.

ConPlus, a leading distributor for Adler Security Systems and EnGenius Networking Solutions, and a premier solution provider partner, is looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team.

Core Responsibilities: (Hunt, Close, Achieve)

Your primary focus will be significant sales growth through:

1- Target Achievement: Consistently hitting a monthly sales target

2-New Business Development (Hunting): Proactive and continuous pursuit of new clients, System Integrators (SIs), and contractors within the target market.

3-Full Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process, from initial lead generation and qualification to technical/commercial proposal submission and deal closure.

4-Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of specialized B2B sales experience, preferably within the Security, Surveillance, Networking, or IT solutions sectors.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, and Wireless/Wired Networking Systems.
