Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your daily tasks will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting customer concerns, and delivering timely and effective solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. Clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
  • Experience providing Technical Support and diagnosing technical issues
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying effective solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar customer-facing or support role
