Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining an excellent level of customer service. Tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. The Call Center Agent will also work to resolve any customer complaints or issues, and escalate cases when necessary.

  • Computer Literacy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the healthcare or dermatology industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial
