French Recruiter – Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring and help grow our team. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.


• Manage full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, interviews, and onboarding.


• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process.


• Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and make informed hiring decisions.


• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports on hiring metrics.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).


• At least 2 years of recruitment or HR experience.


• Strong communication, organization, and sourcing skills.


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
