Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in Qesm El Maadi. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee all recruitment-related tasks, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Responsibilities include assessing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and supporting employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience in employee Training and onboarding programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the recruitment or HR field is a plus
