We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team at Mr. Tailor. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our retail operations. You’ll work closely with store managers and department heads to ensure staffing needs are met in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Screen resumes and conduct interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers on selection

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£9,000.00 per month
