Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes identifying hiring needs, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, you will assist in training new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Training and onboarding employees
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
