Role Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead process mapping, analysis, and reengineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct thorough process analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across departments such as operations, sales and finance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, improve collaboration, and align with strategic objectives
- Lead and oversee system implementations and digitalization initiatives, ensuring business processes are automated and enhanced with appropriate tools.
- Regularly assess current business processes for optimization and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of digital systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to automate and streamline processes.
- Ensure new or updated processes are integrated into the company's digital transformation strategy.
- Develop and document comprehensive process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation, ensuring easy access and clarity across departments.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure integration, alignment, and consistency of business processes.
- Provide training and support to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes by all relevant stakeholders.
- Use performance insights to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
- Experience: 4-7 of relevant experience in process design, improvement, or business operations.
- Proven experience in system implementation and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Experience in using process mapping tools and techniques, as well as familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
