Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Supervisor:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, converting objectives into actionable plans, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Content & Campaign Management: Design content strategies for thought leadership, oversee integrated campaigns across multiple channels, and ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
  • SEO & Website Management: Implement comprehensive SEO strategies, optimize on-page and off-page elements, and manage website performance to enhance user experience and lead generation.
  • Lead Generation & Media Buying: Create multi-channel lead generation strategies, collaborate with sales teams to align objectives, and oversee media buying campaigns with performance tracking.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse marketing metrics, develop predictive models, and deliver actionable reports to optimise campaigns and drive future strategies.
  • Branding & Cross-Channel Integration: Shape branding strategies, maintain consistency across platforms, and integrate marketing efforts seamlessly across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
  • Technology & Trend Adaptation: Implement marketing technologies, ensure CRM and automation platform integration, and adapt strategies based on emerging trends and innovations.
  • Budget & Crisis Management: Manage budgets effectively, monitor utilization, and develop communication plans to address reputational risks.
  • Social Media & Community Management: Create platform-specific content, manage social media operations, and engage with online communities to foster positive brand presence.
  • Market Research & Offline Marketing: Conduct market research to refine customer targeting and design offline campaigns that align with the brand identity.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in senior digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B or corporate environments, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Marketing Expertise: Advanced skills in SEO, content strategy, campaign execution, and data-driven analytics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, CRM, and marketing automation platforms, with experience in A/B testing and lead generation.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to inspire teams and drive projects.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and align strategies with organisational goals.
  • Adaptability & Communication: Up-to-date with marketing trends and technologies, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Brand & Budget Management: Expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and managing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in digital marketing or SEO are a plus.
  • Additional Skills: Experience in offline marketing, crisis communication, and compliance with data regulations.
