Purpose of the Position:

The Technical Support Engineer provides on-site and off-site technical assistance, guidance, and solutions for the company's products and systems. This role ensures proper installation, resolves technical issues, supports project teams and clients, and contributes to maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities And Duties:

  • Responsible for
    following up the installation process
    at project sites to secure necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate with
    all project stakeholders
    to confirm readiness and timing for the supply stage.
  • Inspect and resolve site complaints
    , ensuring each issue is closed effectively and documented.
  • Collect and track
    supplied and expected material quantities during the supply process.
  • Deliver technical presentations
    for new projects when required to support project awareness and system understanding.
  • Follow up the approval cycle
    for new requirements, missing parts, or rejected submittals until closure.
  • Develop new sales channels
    by identifying and proposing solutions for emerging site requirements.
  • Monitor
    product performance at the factory on a monthly basis
    , organizing trials for premix or other products to improve installation efficiency.
  • Generate subcontractor leads
    and maintain them within the company's database for future collaboration.
  • Handle subcontractors' needs and complaints
    , ensuring proper coordination and satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage
    on-site samples, testing, and inspections
    as required.
  • Support sales objectives
    through coordination and cross-functional teamwork with other departments.
  • Adhere to the company's
    reporting procedures
    , providing accurate feedback and market insights.
  • Prepare a
    monthly presentation
    covering:
  • Reported complaints and resolution actions
  • Newly submitted projects and products
  • Market dynamics and updates
  • Ongoing project performance and progress

Working Conditions:

  • Office work : 80%
  • Outdoors / site : 20%
  • Work Hazards : Low

Job Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong Knowledge of installation processes, site supervision, and project requirements. (3-5 years' experience)
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at sites.
  • Familiarity with quality standards, safety procedures, and industry best practices
  • Experience in providing technical training and guidance to clients or internal teams.
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and tracking project progress.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle, approvals, and coordination with stakeholders..

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.
  • Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple site activities efficiently.
  • Training and presentation skills to deliver technical guidance to clients and teams.
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and using technical software/tools.
  • Owning a car is a must

Education & Training

Bachelor's degree in civil OR architectural engineering or a related field.
