About the Role:

SEAPRO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in engineering or a related field, with a strong background in technical documentation and project support. This role involves assisting in project planning, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring the smooth execution of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications for our projects.

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of operations, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

  • Conduct technical calculations, cost estimations, and material take-offs for our projects.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.

  • Monitor project schedules and timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

  • Support the preparation of tenders, proposals, and technical submissions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical office engineering or project management.

  • Proficiency in engineering or design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, or similar).

  • Strong knowledge of technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
