Location: Smouha – Alexandria, Egypt

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements:

· Engineering degree in Communications or equivalent

  • from 0 to 1 Year Experience maximum

o Faculty of Computers and Information (or equivalent field)

  • from 1 to 2 Year Experience maximum

Job Purpose:

Supervising the technical team, assigning tasks, following up on daily and weekly operations, ensuring service quality, and coordinating between different departments to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and follow up on the daily tasks of the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

· Conduct daily meetings with the support team to set goals, review tasks, and the workflow planning.

· Coordinate operations with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth task execution.

· Plan all daily tasks and external assignments, including defining technicians' routes and schedules.

· Prepare all requirements related to deployment operations and ensure readiness before dispatch.

· Follow up on external field missions and ensure they are completed according -to standards and within the assigned timeline.

· Coordinate with other departments regarding field missions and ensure proper alignment of responsibilities.

· Document technical issues according to the development department requirements and maintain continuous communication with them for problem resolution.

· Train new trainees on the technical aspects of the product and ensure proper knowledge transfer.

· Prepare a weekly report covering the main operational tasks and performance of the technical support team.

  • Good scientific background in microprocessor & computer architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
