Marketing Director
to lead the full marketing function, scale brand performance, and drive both local and international market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the group's overall marketing strategy across all brands.
  • Lead brand positioning, market research, product strategy, and annual marketing plans.
  • Drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns, digital activation, and performance marketing.
  • Oversee e-commerce strategy, online sales growth, and omnichannel customer experience.
  • Manage international marketing initiatives and support export market expansion.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team; collaborate closely with commercial, R&D, and operations teams.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget, agencies, and external partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cosmetics, personal care, beauty, or FMCG brands

  • Strong track record in
    scaling brands and driving commercial growth
    .
  • Reputable university graduate. With MBA or postgraduate studies in Marketing or Business.
  • Deep knowledge of
    digital marketing, performance marketing, and online sales channels
    .
  • Experience in
    export or international markets
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to innovate and elevate brand presence.
