Role Description

The International Markets Director will oversee the strategic expansion and management of international markets for ATR's brands and partners. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market analysis, developing and executing business plans, managing market entry strategies, and driving sales performance in global markets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and efficient market access strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • +15 year of experience in the
    cosmetics,
    FMCG is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market data, trends, and performance.
  • Experience in Business Planning and developing strategic growth initiatives.
  • Proven sales skills to drive market expansion and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and coordinate global market activities.
  • Expertise in Market Access to navigate regulatory environments and optimize product distribution.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
