Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for leading the company's overall digital marketing strategy and ensuring measurable growth across all online channels. This role oversees the marketing team, manages budgets, and ensures all campaigns deliver a strong return on investment (ROI) and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team (media, SEO, content, creative, and social).
  • Oversee all paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor performance and KPIs using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Insights, and internal dashboards.
  • Manage digital transformation initiatives, automation tools, and AI-based marketing technologies.
  • Set annual digital objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
  • Allocate and manage digital budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and tech teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, technologies, and best practices.

  • Campaign ROI and cost efficiency
  • Lead generation and conversion rate
  • Website traffic and engagement growth (via GA4)
  • Digital revenue contribution
  • Brand visibility and share of voice

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRM integration.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
