Job Summary
Youll own the end-to-end HR strategy for Egypt operationsorg design, workforce planning, TA/EB, performance & KPIs, L&D, ER/IR, compliance with Egyptian labor law/ISO/ULand build leaders for our growth to KSA/UAE/East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute HR strategy aligned to business goals and plant needs.
  • Lead structured TA, onboarding, and retention to cut time-to-fill and turnover.
  • Roll out a KPI-linked performance system and meritocratic culture.
  • Design competitive C&B, payroll integrity, and performance bonuses.
  • Drive training (technical/leadership), compliance and safety.
  • Ensure ER/IR excellence and adherence to Egyptian labor law.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ yrs as HR Director or 45 yrs as HR Manager in manufacturing/building materials/construction.
  • Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor law and international HR practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation; Arabic & English fluency.

Job Conditions

  • Location: Abou Rawash (Giza).
  • Work mode: On-site.
  • Employment: Full-time.
  • Working hours/days: 8:004:30, Friday & Saturday off.
