Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D Cosmetics Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The R&D Cosmetics Specialist will be responsible for developing and formulating new cosmetic products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting research to identify new ingredients and technologies, performing stability and compatibility testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to market. The specialist will also keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in product development and formulation of cosmetics
  • Experience with stability and compatibility testing
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance for cosmetic products
  • Proficient in conducting research on new ingredients and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field
