Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ERP System Implementation and Upgrades
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.)
  • Develop and Document ERP Processes and Best Practices
  • Troubleshoot ERP System Issues and Provide Solutions
  • Monitor System Performance and Data Integrity
  • Provide Training and Support to End Users
  • Participate in ERP Solutions Evaluation and Recommendation
  • Prepare and Maintain ERP Reports and Analytics
  • Ensure Deliverables are Completed According to the Business Requirements and project Plan
  • Participation in Integration with Third-party Applications and Ensuring these integrations work correctly to maintain a smooth flow of information across systems and preventing operational disruptions.

Needed Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or commerce

Preferred: Accounting knowledge & Technical Knowledge (Certificates)

  • 5 years of experience in ERP Implementation

(Multiple Business Models, Real Estate is a must)

Preferred: 2 Years of experience in Finance - accounting

  • Good communication skills for interacting with clients, internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth negotiations and solutions.
  • Good Understanding of client needs and concerns, offering appropriate solutions
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and guide a small team, fostering motivation and efficiency.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong Knowledge in Accounting, Business Processes, Audit and Compliances
