Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tripoli for an Odoo ERP Administrator. The responsibilities include managing and configuring the Odoo system to meet business needs, handling production planning workflows, troubleshooting application issues, and assisting in the implementation of new ERP modules. The Odoo ERP Administrator will also coordinate with various teams, provide training to users, and ensure smooth ERP operations that support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing ERP processes
  • Solid knowledge of production planning and workflow management within ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to address end-user issues
  • Proficiency in conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP systems and relevant modules
  • Good understanding of business processes and how they align with ERP systems
