**Company Description**

Style Team Industry is the market leader in designing and manufacturing bespoke decorative lighting for the hospitality sector. Throught out the years, the company has worked on iconic projects and collaborated with many international design houses to create lighting products that not only illuminates but are master-pieces of their own.

**Job Purpose**:
The Application Support Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and supporting all business activities related to the Odoo ERP system. The role acts as the primary liaison between the company’s management team, end-users, and the ERP implementor, ensuring that all business requirements are met within the desired timeframe. The coordinator will oversee user support, training, system audits, and compliance with business processes and security standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact between the company management team and the ERP implementor.
- Monitor and support all business activities related to Odoo ERP to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and follow up on system requirements, customizations, and enhancements to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to ERP users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve user issues in collaboration with the implementor.
- Conduct regular audits on business cycles, workflows, and system usage to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage and monitor user access rights, data security, and information confidentiality.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders regarding system updates, changes, and best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and business processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to train and support users at different levels.
- Knowledge of information security, user access management, and business process auditing.

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month
