The company specializes in serving printing and converting customers, including flexographic and rotogravure printing houses, as well as businesses in film production and packaging fields. With a team of 55 skilled professionals and a reliable network of agents, Techno Converting Services is committed to meeting the needs of its clients across the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network devices.
  • Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues).
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and resolve incidents promptly.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security protocols.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
  • Maintain firewalls, antivirus systems, and data backups.
  • Set up and support printers, scanners, and office IT equipment.
  • Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  • Document IT procedures, incidents, and asset inventory.
  • Provide technical support for Odoo ERP users (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Odoo modules and workflows.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve system issues and optimize processes.
  • Support daily IT operations (network, hardware, software).
  • Manage system backups, security, and user access rights.
  • Assist with ERP updates, data migration, and integration tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience as IT Specialist / IT Support / System Admin.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS is a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSA).
  • Experience working with
    Odoo ERP
    (functional or technical).
  • Knowledge of Python or
    Odoo
    customization is a plus.
