We are expanding our operational capabilities and looking for a skilled Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to support our e-commerce and B2B distribution.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring all customer orders—online and wholesale—are processed accurately and efficiently.

This role plays a key part in maintaining stock accuracy, improving order fulfillment speed, and contributing to a smooth warehouse operation that supports Gorilla's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy.
  • Ensure proper packaging standards for sportswear items to minimize damage.
  • Process daily e-commerce orders (Shopify/B2B platforms) and coordinate with couriers.

Inventory Management

  • Perform daily stock counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and check product quality.
  • Update inventory systems and report discrepancies immediately.

Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
  • Arrange products by category, size, and color for easy access and accurate picking.
  • Support production transfers and coordinate with the planning/merchandising team.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Prepare airway bills, shipping labels, and ensure correct courier documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., Bosta, Aramex, etc.) for timely dispatch.
  • Track shipments and ensure orders are delivered within SLA.

Quality Control

  • Inspect outbound orders to ensure correct items, sizes, and quantities.
  • Report defective items or packaging issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    2 years of experience
     in warehouse or fulfillment operations (preferably in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce).
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems and order management platforms.
  • Ability to handle high order volumes with speed and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of shipping processes and courier systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, ERP is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
  • Physically capable of lifting, organizing, and moving stock.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Excel, and inventory management tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
