Key Roles and Responsibilities:


• Receive, operate, and support the Oracle ERP systems within the company and ensure they function efficiently.


• Perform routine system maintenance and resolve any technical or operational issues.


• Monitor system performance and enhance it to meet business needs.


• Contribute to the development and upgrade of Oracle system modules in coordination with other teams.


• Manage user access privileges and ensure data security and confidentiality.


• Coordinate with service providers or external development teams to resolve system issues or implement updates.


• Prepare technical and periodic reports on system performance and service levels.


• Train end users and provide technical support when needed.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and operating Oracle ERP systems (such as Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion).


• Good knowledge of Oracle Databases and SQL / PL-SQL.


• Experience in troubleshooting and user support.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.


• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
