We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Head of Application – Oracle Fusion
to lead the design, implementation, and management of Oracle Fusion applications across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end
    design, implementation, and support
    of Oracle Fusion applications across HCM, SCM, and Finance.
  • Drive strategy and roadmap for Oracle Fusion application landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, provide solutions, and ensure
    optimal system performance
    .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Manage a team of functional and technical consultants, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to
    best practices, compliance, and governance standards
    .
  • Stay updated with Oracle Fusion updates, releases, and emerging trends to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for Oracle Fusion initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience
    in Oracle Fusion Applications, including HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.
  • Strong expertise in
    design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization
    of Oracle Fusion systems.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
