The Accounter is hiring a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you'll handle and record important documents, follow a clear registration process, and ensure that data is entered quickly and correctly in English. Job Responsibilities:

  • Review uploaded documents (invoices, receipts, contracts, and other records) and enter the data accurately into the system.
  • Follow the company's approved registration and documentation flow step by step.
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and correct any errors when needed.
  • Organize and label documents clearly
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial and client-related information.
  • Coordinate with the accounting and operations teams to clarify any missing or unclear information.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Basic English Skills.
  • Fast writing in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
