Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle EBS Asset Management Consultant
with 5+ years of hands-on expertise. The consultant will be responsible for managing system enhancements, leading implementation changes, handling data entry activities, and delivering practical, hands-on training to the customer's team. This role requires strong functional knowledge and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
    Asset Management
    module implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Perform system analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.
  • Execute
    data entry
    , data validation, and data migration tasks related to Asset Management.
  • Provide
    hands-on training
    to end-users and customer teams to ensure full understanding and adoption of the system.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve functional issues, and provide continuous system support.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes and system capabilities.
  • Prepare training materials, user manuals, and process documentation.
  • Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post–go-live support.
  • Deliver work according to the
    Business Travel Model
    , including on-site customer visits when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as an
    Oracle EBS Asset Management Consultant
    .
  • Strong functional understanding of Oracle EBS Asset Management and related modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Financials).
  • Proven experience in system configuration, implementation cycles, and user support.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel based on
    Business Travel Model
    requirements.
