G Developments is now hiring an ERP Operations & Support Lead.

We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee ERP operations, ensure system reliability, and enhance business efficiency across all functions.

The role focuses on managing ERP support activities, coordinating with vendors, and leading performance monitoring to align system capabilities with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP support functions, ensuring timely and efficient user assistance.
  • Oversee system performance, integrations, and SLA compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison with ERP vendors and manage service delivery.
  • Conduct system health checks, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Supervise upgrades, module implementations, and user testing.
  • Deliver regular ERP reports and insights to management.
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Support digital transformation and ERP optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in ERP operations or support leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Proven experience managing vendors, SLAs, and integration performance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP certification or digital transformation experience is a plus.
