We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Accountant
to join our team. As a company specializing in providing an
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
, this role offers a unique opportunity to manage all core accounting operations while also applying your financial expertise directly to our product, assisting with its
implementation
and
support
.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Handle all required interactions, documentation, and submissions with
    governmental entities
    (e.g., tax authority, social security) and
    private entities
    (e.g., banks, insurance companies) to ensure compliance and complete necessary administrative tasks.
  • Process and record financial transactions accurately and efficiently using ERP system.
  • Serve as the
    financial subject matter expert (SME)
    for our ERP system, ensuring it accurately reflects company financial processes.
  • Assist the ERP implementation team by providing financial input,
    configuring the finance module
    , and validating data during new client rollouts.
  • Provide
    post-implementation support
    to clients on the financial aspects of the ERP system, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance.
  • Develop and conduct
    training sessions
    for staff and clients on the financial functionalities of the ERP system.
  • Prepare and submit required financial documents to governmental agencies according to established timeframes and formats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems.
  • Strong verbal and written
    communication skills
    for dealing with both clients and regulatory bodies.
