G Developments is now hiring a Treasury Operations Specialist.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to manage daily treasury operations, optimize cash flow, and maintain strong banking relationships. The role focuses on ensuring liquidity, compliance, and efficient cash management while supporting strategic financial decisions and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Review and authorize payments, fund transfers, and bank transactions.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring timely variance resolution.
  • Supervise treasury documentation, including facility renewals and account setups.
  • Ensure accurate posting of treasury transactions in ERP systems (SAP).
  • Provide detailed liquidity and treasury reports to management.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to align treasury activities with business objectives.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in treasury operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA, CMA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, including 2+ years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and reporting.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days:
Sunday to Thursday
