Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and working with accounting software to maintain accurate financial records. This role involves collaboration across departments, as well as reporting and advising on financial performance to support decision-making.

Job Description

· Manage and review daily financial operations including accounting entries, bank transfers, and payment follow-ups to ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with approved policies and procedures.

· Review cash and treasury balances and ensure they match accounting records.

· Regularly review accounting entries related to treasury.

· Monitor and review local and international bank balances and validate transactions.

· Prepare accounting entries for bank transfers.

· Execute internal and external bank transfers.

· Follow up on payments for suppliers and various services.

· Manage and review electronic payments and bank cards.

· Prepare accounting entries for electronic payments in different currencies.

· Review project-related expenses and ensure they align with approved costs.

· Monitor internal and external financial advances.

· Review operational expenses outside the country and confirm their relevance to projects.

· Execute service recharge operations (such as electricity and internet) for company units.

· Record accounting entries for rent and recurring invoices.

· Prepare periodic reports on expenses and bank transfers.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking and financial accounting operations.

· Experience in financial accounting and preparing entries.

· Knowledge of banking systems and financial transfers.

· Familiarity with accounting software (preferably Odoo or equivalent).

· High accuracy in reviewing financial data.

· Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
