We're Hiring: Fleet Specialist for an E-Commerce Platform

Location: 6th October City

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily delivery operations to ensure on-time dispatch and arrival

* Monitor fleet performance and handle route planning and optimization

* Follow up with drivers to resolve any issues or delays

* Ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards

* Track shipments in real-time and update the system accordingly

* Report operational challenges to the Logistics Lead or Area Manager

Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in fleet management, logistics, or delivery operations

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

* Familiarity with routing tools, tracking systems, and fleet KPIs

* Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
