The Treasury Operations Officer will be responsible for executing daily treasury activities and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, including payments, loans, KYC documentation, and bank account management. This is an execution-focused position that supports the company's liquidity, compliance, and operational efficiency. As the role develops, the incumbent will gradually take on additional responsibilities related to planning, forecasting, and strategic treasury operations across multiple countries.

  • Payments & Cash Management
  • Execute all daily payments accurately and on time in coordination with internal departments and banks
  • Prepare and process wire transfers, vendor payments
  • Monitor and reconcile cash movements across bank accounts
  • Support the daily cash position reporting and treasury reconciliations
  • Manage the execution of loan-related payments, documentation, and interest schedules
  • Handle all administrative processes related to new bank account openings, closures, and updates
  • Coordinate and submit required KYC documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with banking requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with local and international banking operations partners
  • Support the implementation of treasury controls and operational improvements
  • Ensure adherence to internal approval workflows and authorization limits
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate treasury operations
  • Prior exposure to multinational, commodity, or oil & gas industries is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong execution and attention to detail
  • Understanding of payment systems, KYC, and treasury processes
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable, accountable, and proactive attitude
  • Basic English communication skills; Arabic fluency required
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work on Fridays (European Calendar), as needed by business operations
