Responsibilities


• Develop innovative and effective marketing strategies based on research and analysis of market trends and consumer behavior.


• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.


• Present creative strategies to clients effectively communicating the value and potential impact.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative strategies with Clients objectives.


• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital PR, social media, media buyer, and art team.


• Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies if needed.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.


• Submit regular and periodic reports that provide all the campaign aspects.


• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the line Manager.


•Discovering trends and insights that inspire and provoke


•Defining brand and design strategy for global brands and products


•Identifying own-able creative territories and crafting the narratives that bring them to life


•Developing propositions, principles and creative positioning for brands


•Building clear structures and frameworks to help inspire and guide brand and design work


•Be a part of setting up and facilitating collaborative workshops


•Delivering presentations that inspire, convince and compel


•Develop the creative strategy: Own the creative strategy for performance advertising across social media platforms and any other visual paid media channel.


•Market research: Lead creative workshops with both customers and internal teams. Leverage customer insights and competitor research to generate winning ideas.


•Brief creative production: Take ownership of the production process. Brief and manage Video Editors, Copywriters, Designers and external Content Creators, as well as collaborating with external agencies.


•Test and learn: Work closely with the Head of Growth to make data-driven decisions. Help prioritize the creative elements to test and measure the effectiveness of key metrics.


•Monitor content trends: Stay updated with trends in the market, including cultural moments, emerging platforms and competitor activity.


•Feedback findings: Support the wider marketing strategy by sharing relevant data with the digital design and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in agencies
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing department or relevant
  • Excellent English and presentation skills
