Looking for a creative strategist to support our content efforts

As a Creative Strategist at Dottopia, you'll bridge the gap between creativity and strategy. You will translate brand objectives into powerful ideas that connect emotionally and drive measurable results. You'll work closely with the creative, content, and performance teams to craft campaigns that are not only visually captivating but strategically sound.

What you'll do:

  • Develop creative strategies aligned with brand goals, target audience insights, and business objectives.
  • Own and Execute content strategy across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with account managers and performance teams to translate briefs into compelling creative directions and storytelling concepts.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and guide the creative team toward innovative and purposeful ideas.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends, consumer behaviors, and cultural insights.
  • Prepare and present creative strategy decks and rationales to internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure creative concepts maintain consistency across all platforms (social, digital, offline, etc.).
  • Support pitch presentations and campaign planning with strong conceptual and visual direction.
  • Evaluate campaign performance alongside the performance team to refine creative strategies.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar creative or strategic role within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and audience psychology.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to turn data and insights into powerful creative ideas.
  • Experience working with performance-driven campaigns is a plus.
