Senior Content Marketing Strategist
to lead multi-channel content initiatives and shape impactful brand narratives. This is a
full-time hybrid role
, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely within Egypt.

About the Role

As a Senior Content Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement, strengthen brand positioning, and generate measurable results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, audience-focused content across digital platforms — ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee content strategies that support marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan, create, and optimize content across multiple channels including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction for content production teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine strategy and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, performance, and account management teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging content formats to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content assets.
  • Maintain brand tone of voice and ensure alignment across all communication channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
    .
  • 5+ years of experience
    in content marketing or digital strategy, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of
    content strategy, SEO, social media marketing, and storytelling techniques
    .
  • Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Leadership experience in guiding creative or editorial teams.
  • Proficiency with tools like
    Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms
    .
