We serve as a fractional marketing partner to growing businesses, offering a full suite of services including brand identity, creative content, video, social media management, and digital marketing strategy.
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a **highly experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist** to support both our agency’s growth and a flagship client: a U.S.based credit union.
**About the Role**
The **Agency & Bank Digital Marketing Strategist** will lead digital strategy efforts for both internal agency growth (B2B client acquisition campaigns) and for client accounts—primarily a **financial institution/credit union**. You must have **experience marketing financial products**, such as loans, credit cards, or savings accounts, and understand the compliance and trust-building nuances that come with working in financial services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Build and manage marketing funnels for both client lead generation and VIP’s internal client acquisition strategy
- Develop and refine SEO strategies, including on-page and technical SEO
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI across campaigns
- Collaborate with internal design, content, and video teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives
- Lead strategy meetings with clients, presenting performance results and growth plans
- Provide marketing recommendations to improve website design and conversion paths
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools, especially in the financial services space
- Ensure marketing strategies meet the regulatory requirements and brand standards of financial institutions
**Required Experience & Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven success managing digital campaigns for banks, credit unions, or other financial service providers
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
- Strong knowledge of funnel strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and search engine algorithms
- Familiarity with designing or optimizing websites for marketing performance (basic web design skills a plus)
- Experience with CRMs and lead capture strategies (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Notion, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, able to write strategic briefs and present campaign outcomes clearly
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
