**The Opportunity**

- Lead the day to day operations of Tribe X’s paid media department during its growth phase
- Oversee the media team, ensuring consistent quality and strategic alignment
- Own the development and delivery of full funnel media strategies across key accounts
- Strengthen the integration between media, creative, strategy, and analytics
- Drive improvements in efficiency, performance, and team capability
- Play a central role in shaping the department’s processes and future direction

**What You Will Do**

**Department Operations and Alignment**

- Oversee daily operations across the media team
- Turn business objectives into clear workflows and execution plans
- Ensure consistency in strategy, delivery, and reporting across all accounts
- Maintain alignment across media, creative, strategy, and analytics teams
- Oversee quality control for media plans, reports, and client deliverables

**Strategy Development and Performance Excellence**

- Develop full funnel media strategies rooted in client business goals
- Review and refine media plans to strengthen accuracy and effectiveness
- Identify funnel gaps and optimization opportunities
- Drive best practices in testing, creative insights, and performance measurement
- Ensure creative and media collaboration is seamless and integrated

**AI, Data, and Martech Integration**

- Lead the adoption of AI enabled workflows and new tools
- Train teams on new analytics, tracking practices, and platform updates

**Platform Partnerships and Innovation**

- Stay ahead of platform trends, new features, and beta opportunities
- Manage relationships with Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic partners
- Share insights and updates internally to elevate the department

**Team Leadership and Development**

- Manage senior executives and performance managers
- Lead onboarding, training, and internal skill development
- Oversee workflow structure and operational discipline
- Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and high performance
- Represent media team in regular management meetings

**What You Bring**

- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong background in performance marketing and full funnel strategy
- Ability to lead teams and manage complex accounts independently
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and its performance impact
- Fluency across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
- Experience with martech stacks, tracking, and analytics systems
- High emotional Intelligence, strong attention to detail, and natural coaching ability
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, integrated start-up environment
