About Us

We are an Australian-based NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider offering quality disability support services across Melbourne. As our team grows, we are looking for a dedicated Human Resources & Administration Assistant to work remotely and support our HR, compliance, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Compliance

Assist with onboarding new support workers (sending contracts, collecting compliance documents, etc.)

Support recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, pre-screening applications, and scheduling/conducting interviews.

Monitor expiry dates for mandatory checks (First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, infection prevention etc.) and send reminders.

Maintain training records, issue training modules, and track completion by due dates.

Generate HR and compliance reports when required.

General Administration

Maintain and update compliance registers (example: assets, first aid kits, PPE inventory)

Manage shared inboxes, forward queries to relevant staff, and follow up as needed.

Support finance/admin tasks such as invoice tracking (if required)

Organise and maintain digital filing systems in line with company and NDIS requirements.

Provide ad hoc administrative support to management and operational teams.

Requirements

Experience in administration, HR support, or compliance coordination

Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using online systems (example: Employment Hero, Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with an Australian-based team.

Hours

Must be available during Australian business hours (Melbourne time – AEST)
