Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a
highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant
to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
This role involves managing administrative, financial, and HR-related functions, maintaining organizational efficiency, and upholding the company's high professional standards
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Serve as the main liaison with external vendors, maintenance services, and couriers.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and well-kept office environment.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and emails with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain structured filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Prepare and process expense reports and related administrative documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in coordination with management.
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Oversee office opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Manage maintenance and facility-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Business Administration
, or a related field. - Proficiency in
accounting software and
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent command of
English and Arabic
(spoken and written). - Cairo residency is required.
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills. - Professional, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
