Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Assistant located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Assistant will support the HR department by managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting in recruitment processes. The role includes benefits administration, supporting HRIS operations, and coordinating training sessions alongside other HR functions to ensure seamless employee engagement and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources, HR Management, and familiarity with HR policies and best practices
  • Knowledge and experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Strong skills in Training coordination and developing training materials
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
