Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in New Cairo. The Call Center Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, address inquiries, resolve customer issues, and deliver exceptional customer support. Daily responsibilities include managing customer records, maintaining accurate data, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the services provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, including the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Knowledge of Contact Centers operations and experience in a similar environment is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy to navigate relevant software and tools efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are a plus
