Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center agent located in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Call Center agent, your responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, maintain accurate records, and follow up on unresolved issues. Providing timely and professional service while adhering to company policies will be a key aspect of your role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers
  • Strong Communication abilities, including verbal and written proficiency
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, including familiarity with customer service software
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
  • Fluency in Englih is a Must
  • Experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred
