Role Description

This is a full-time work from home role for a Recruitment Team Leader at Talent Synk. The Recruitment Team Leader will oversee the recruitment team, manage hiring processes, and coordinate technical recruitment strategies. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, ensuring hiring targets are met, building strong relationships with clients, and maintaining effective communication across the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in call center hiring and Recruiting processes
  • Strong Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interpersonal and collaboration efforts
  • Proven ability to create and execute efficient hiring strategies
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
